1. How much time does shipping take?

My aim is to get parcels ready as fast as possible, usually between 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush, please send me a note and I will make sure to hurry up!

Consider extra time for DHL (or any other shipper) to get the parcel to you! Please be aware that during the COVID19 Pandemic orders may take longer to be delivered.

2. Do you offer international shipping/ shipping to the US? 

Yes, I do. Shiiping ot the US is tricky and prices depend on the size of parcel. Please get in touch with me and I will happily quote shipping prices.

3.  Is shipping insured?

All items are sent in tracked letters/ packages. I take extra care when wrapping. In the unlikely event of a damage, please let me kow within 24 hours after reception. Otherwise all sales are considered final.

4. What about customs?

The buyer is responsible for all additional charges and custom taxes. 

5. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately I am unable to offer a return service due to the tinyness of my business. If you are unsure about an item, send me a message and I will send you more pictures and answer any questions you may have.

6. Pictures  of the pieces

I take all pictures in natural light to get a true representation of my work. Please be aware that slight color differences may occur.

7. Everything is handmade!

Since I make every single piece by hand, no two pieces will ever be the same. All imperfections are wanted and are part of the artwork I am creating.
